JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Vibhanshu Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Notice for opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas Sri Ravi Kant Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Sri L.P. Shukla, who has accepted notices for opposite party Nos.2 and 3, has put in appearance for the opposite party Nos.2 and 3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 27.01.2017 passed by the opposite party No.3 in furtherance of which two increments earlier granted to the petitioners as I & II ACP have been neutralized with retrospective effect.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted, as mentioned in para-3 of the writ petition, that the aforesaid action taken by the opposite parties in blatant violation of principles of natural justice inasmuch as prior to executing the impugned order of recovery no notice of any kind whatsoever has been given to the petitioners, therefore, he has submitted that the impugned action is patently illegal, arbitrary and uncalled for.
Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of ten days thereafter.
List this case in the week commencing 09.07.2018 as fresh.
