The instant contempt petition has been filed for violation of order dated 15 February 2020 passed by the court below, wherein, 70-Ga application was allowed with cost of Rs. 5000/-. The defendant was directed to file written statement within 10 days.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has accepted the cost.
In view thereof, the petition being misconceived is, accordingly, dismissed.
