Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff-applicant.
In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed today, notices need not go to the private respondents.
The applicant has approached this Court to issue direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Ghazipur to decide the application 6-C moved by the petitioner in Original Suit No.617 of 2015 (Ram Prasad vs. Sadhu).
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the Court concerned to consider and decide the application 6-C moved by the petitioner in Original Suit No.617 of 2015 (Ram Prasad vs. Sadhu), in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost. The aforesaid suit may also be decided expeditiously.
