Learned A.G.A has submitted his instructions which is taken on record.
After the matter was heard at some length, Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that an alternative remedy by way of review under Section 6-BB (U.P. State Amendment) is available to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I decline to interfere in the matter in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
