In the facts of the case remedy of the petitioner is to institute appropriate proceedings under Section 65 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Though an application appears to have been filed, but it is not clear as to whether a formal application in terms of Section 65 of the Code of 2006 has yet been filed by petitioner.
In the facts of the case, we provide that in the event such an application as per law is instituted by petitioner, the concerned authority shall examine the same and shall take necessary action as per law, after notice to the aggrieved persons, expeditiously.
With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
