The sole prayer pressed by the petitioner at the time of hearing of this petition is that the Mutation Case No.172/423 under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.172/423 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
