JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to restrain the fifth respondent and its members from obstructing the staff and willing workmen from having ingress or egress out of the petitioner's factory premises and from preventing the free movement of vehicles, raw materials and finished goods from and to the factory in pursuance of its strike notice dated 22.09.2012 and consequently provide adequate police protection for the said purpose.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, jointly submitted that the prayer of the petitioner was considered and police protection had already been granted.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
