JUDGMENT / ORDER

As can be noted from the record, the matter is requiring urgent attention as the Suit of the year 1962 had been decreed in the year 2008 and for want of decision of pecuniary jurisdiction, Appeal is yet to be entertained.
No further adjournment by either side shall be requested for.
With a joint request, matter is adjourned to 17th July, 2012.
