(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Present application is for leave to prefer appeal against judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.156 of 2007, whereby the accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 395, 186 and 34 of IPC.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted and therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
