JUDGMENT / ORDER

It appears from the certificate dated 24.4.2009 that 'C' file of Criminal Case No.2188 of 1993 has been destroyed. It appears from the record of the case that the appeal was admitted by order dated 7.7.2006. Therefore, explanation of the responsible officer of the Court concerned be called for so as to reach to this Court on or before 21.2.2012, as the file is destroyed despite the fact that appeal was pending.
