(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.16 of 2010 whereby, the accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 436, 504 and 114 of IPC.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Hence, granted. Application is disposed of accordingly.
