Rule.
Mr. Mukesh Rathod, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent- workman. A copy of the present petition shall be supplied to learned advocate for respondent-workman.
By way of interim relief, the impugned award is stayed qua the direction regarding continuity of service and grant of 10% back wages. The order of the reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of one month from today, failing which, the present interim relief shall stand vacated and it will be open to the concerned respondent to initiate proceedings under the provisions of Section 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for recovery of 10% back-wages and for wages in respect of continuity of service.
