The main Criminal Misc. Application has been preferred by the applicant-State of Gujarat challenging the default bail granted by the court concerned in connection with the offences registered before Bhavnagar 'B' Division police Station, being C.R. No.I-106 of 2010 for the offences punishable under sections 397, 384, 364(1), 120-B of Indian Penal Code. Considering the above fact, these Criminal Misc. Applications stand disposed of as having become infructuous for the reason that the sessions case referred above has already been disposed of on 7.3.2012. Rule is discharged. The copy of the above referred judgment is directed to be taken on record.
