Learned Asstt.Govt.Pleader urges that this petition arising out of the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act, challenging the order of trial Court passed under Land Reference Execution Application No. 83 of 2006 whereby Court had issued jungum warrant under Order 21 Rule 30 of Civil Procedure Code.
Learned Asstt.Govt.Pleader urges that the amount has already been paid to the respondent herein, pursuant to such jungam warrant and matter having become infructous, she seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
