JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr.Pinakin Raval, submitted that no one on behalf of respondent no.2 was accepting the amount in terms of order dated 11.11.2011 in Misc. Civil Application No.2270 of 2011, inspite of his best efforts. Therefore, it was submitted at the bar that the amount may be deposited with the registry of this Court and thereafter it may be disbursed to the representative of respondent no.2, as and when an appropriate application is made in that behalf. Learned AGP having no objection, it is directed that the cheque of Rs.5,000/- shall be deposited by learned advocate for the applicants in the registry, entering the name of the Registrar, High Court of Gujarat in the cheque, and after the cheque is realized the amount shall be disbursed to respondent no.2, as and when an authorized application on behalf of respondent no.2 is made giving the name in which cheque shall be issued by the registry. With this order, the application is disposed.
