Learned AGP submitted that the grant of injunction by the Appellate Forum by setting aside the order of the Trial Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.271 of 2008 is in contravention of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the matter of State of Gujarat and others Vs. Vali Mohd. Dosabhai Sindhi reported in (2006) 6 Supreme Court Cases 537.

Issue notice to otherside, returnable on 12th July, 2012.

Direct service is permitted.
