JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application for leave to prefer Appeal is directed against the judgment and the order dated 23.12.2009 passed by the learned Special Judge in Special Case No. 6 of 2000, whereby the accused has been acquitted for the offence under Sections 7, 13[1][d] and 13[2] of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Considering the facts and circumstances, it appears to us that leave deserves to be granted, therefore, granted. The application disposed of accordingly.
