JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.47 of 2009, whereby the accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 302 and 504 of IPC read with Section 135 of B.P. Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
