JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent - State.
In the facts of the case, applicant is permitted to travel abroad for the period from 01.07.2012 to 31.12.2012.
The applicant shall surrender the Passport before the lower court on or before 15th January, 2013.
Application is allowed accordingly. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
