JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice for final disposal returnable on 5th March, 2010. In the meantime and till the returnable date, there shall be an ad-interim relief staying the operation and implementation of the award. As the matter is slatted for final disposal, granting of wages under Section 17B of the I.D. Act, 1947 is differed till then.
