(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment and order passed by learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.53 of 2009; whereby, the accused has been acquitted for the offence under Sections 307, 326, 506, 114 of IPC read with Section 135 of Bombay Police Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
