(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.L.R. Pujari states that on perusal of papers he has noticed that the learned Additional Advocate General is instructed to appear in the matter.
It is reported that learned advocate Mr.P.H. Pathak, one of the advocates appearing for respondent no.1 has filed sick note. The matter could have been proceeded as there is no sick note/ leave note filed by learned advocate Mr.R.C. Pathak. However, as the learned Additional Advocate General is to appear in the matter, who is not available today, the matter is adjourned to 21st March 2012.
