1. Learned Advocate, Mr.Yogen N Pandya, for the respondent - workman files an affidavit as required under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
1.1 This Court is of the opinion that the Government should not make it a prestige issue of reinstating the workman as directed by the learned Judge of the Labour Court, Bhavnagar by award and order dated 10/12/2010 and should not pay the idle wages to the workman without taking work from him.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to take instructions in the matter. Matter is adjourned to 01/07/2011. A copy of this order be made available to learned Assistant Government Pleader for his onward communication.
