Mr.R. R. Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner in two matters being Criminal Misc. Application No.4322/2006 and 4323/2006, on instruction of his counterpart from the trial Court, has stated before the Court that the original complainant, who filed complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, has filed application for compromise of the main complaint. He states that if that application is allowed, all these applications are not required to be proceeded further. He, therefore, seeks time. The matter is adjourned to 27th May 2012.
