1. Heard learned A. G. A. None appeared on behalf of accused- respondents though called in revise.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted by learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffar Nagar vide order dated 05.05.2014 passed in Bail Application No.1466 of 2014 to accused-respondents namely Jahir Alam, Gayyur and Kasim involved in Case Crime No.458 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 323, 324, 364, 302, 201 IPC, P. S.Bhopa, District-Muzaffar Nagar.
3. This Court required learned A.G.A. to find out as to what material has not been considered by Court below which justifies cancellation of bail granted to accused-respondents, but no such material could be shown, hence, I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, rejected.
