In pursuance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri has submitted a report after adhering to the circular issued by this Court in this regard that the accused respondents No. 1 and 2 namely Shivraj Singh and Alkesh respectively have died. Office report dated 24.3.2018 substantiate the said fact.

In view of the above, the appeal against the accused- respondents No. 1 and 2 stands dismissed as abated.
