1. Heard learned A. G. A. and Sri Pawan Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for accused-respondent.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted by learned District and Sessions Judge, Court no.34 Muzaffar Nagar vide order dated 25.04.2014 passed in Bail Application No.1153 of 2014 to accused-respondent namely Mohammad Faisal Naim involved in Case Crime No.102 of 2014 under Sections 420, 467, 471 IPC, P. S.Kotwali Nagar, District- Moradabad.
3. This Court required learned A.G.A. to find out as to what material has not been considered by Court below which justifies cancellation of bail granted to accused-respondents, but no such material could be shown, hence, I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, rejected.
