As per office report dated 21.08.2019, notice was issued through R.P.A.D to respondent nos. 1 to 7, 9, 10 and 11, 12 neither received undelivered nor anyone has put his appearance on their behalf, whereas for respondent no. 11, the office has reported that an undelivered cover has been received back with remark "Post Office Auraiyya se Nahi Badhegi".
In view of the office report, the service of notices on respondent nos. 1 to 7, 9, 10 and 12 are sufficient.
Let a fresh notice be sent again to respondent no. 11. Steps be taken within a week.
