Heard learned AGA on the delay condonation application. I have perused the delay condonation application.
It has been submitted that Government Appeal has been submitted in the G.A. Office a long back but due to mistake of employee, it has been tied with the bundle of disposed cases and this is the main reason due to which this appeal has been delayed.
As per office report, this Government Appeal is reported to be filed beyond time by 1843 days.
Learned AGA admitted that no administrative action has been taken against the employee concerned so far.
Ground shown by State in delay condonation application does not appear to be convencing and sufficient.
Delay condonation application is dismissed with direction to State Government to take necessary action against the official in error so as to avoid such irresponsible act in future.
Government appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
Office is directed to send copy of this order to Chief Secretariat, State of U.P. for strict compliance.
