JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application for bail under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioners are accused nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.1576 of 2014 of Thodupuzha Police station registered for offences punishable under Secs.326, 324, 308, 341 and 427 read with Sec.34 of IPC.
3. Prosecution case is that on 02.09.2014 at about 4 p.m., the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with an iron rod and a stone covered in cloth. It is further alleged that the defacto complainant sustained fracture in the incident.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a counter case is registered by Police as Crime No.1578 of 2014 of the same Police station. That mater is also coming up for hearing today. Heard the counsel in B.A.No.6984 of 2014 in relation to Crime No.1578 of 2014 of Thodupuzha Police station.

6. Learned counsel submitted that the parties have talked over the matter and it is almost settled. The parties are neighbours.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the following directions are issued.
1. The petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer and submit themselves for interrogation. Thereafter, they shall be released by the investigating officer on bail on their executing bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating officer.
2. The petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer as and when directed for interrogation.
3. The petitioners shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses.
