ORDER This petition is filed seeking the production of the brother of the petitioner. It is stated that the brother of the petitioner left home on 29.1.2019 at 7.30 a.m. and did not return.
2. The respondents, having taken notice, have filed a status report through the Police Sub Inspector, Saaligrama Police Station, Mysuru. It is stated therein that extensive efforts were made by the Police Sub Inspector to search the missing person, even then, they were not able to trace him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed off directing the respondents to continue to make efforts to search the missing brother of the petitioner.
4. On hearing learned counsel and considering the status report as well as the pleading of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to maintain the efforts being made by them to trace out the missing person.
Petition is disposed off.
