(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Respondent No.9, Naran Ranmal Ahir was served recently. Previously, he appeared in person on 19.3.2015, and conveyed to the Court that he would engage an advocate, for which purpose we also allowed him time.
