1. RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Hardik Soni for respondent No.1 and learned advocate Mr. Shah for respondent No.2 waive service of Rule.
2. By present application, the applicants have prayed for extension of time by further four weeks to enable the applicants to approach higher forum.
3. Learned advocate Mr. Dave for the applicants submitted that since the applicants could get certified copy only on 7.4.2015, it was not possible for the applicants to prefer S.L.P./ Appeal before the Supreme Court and therefore, the applicants have come with present application seeking extension of interim relief, which would expire on 13.4.2015.

4. Learned advocate Mr. Shah for respondent No.2 submitted that the Court had granted enough time of three weeks to the applicants, therefore, this Court may not consider the application for grant of any further time.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Soni also states that this Court may not grant further time.
6. Having heard learned advocates for the parties, the Court finds that though interim relief was allowed to continue for a period of three weeks, however, since the applicants could not get certified copy till 7.4.2015, ends of justice will be met if the interim relief, which is to expire on 13.4.2015, is allowed to continue for a period of further one week.
7. Hence, the application is partly allowed. Interim relief, which is to expire on 13.4.2015, shall continue for a period of further one week from 13.4.2015.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
