The Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that the impugned order dated 24.1.2011 passed by the Learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.364 of 2011 in so far as it imposes cost of Rs.15,000/- is quashed and set aside.
