Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 16.03.2016 directing the second respondent to settle the terminal benefits on 12 equal instalments, is being regularly complied with. He would further submit that after the 8th instalment was made, four more instalments are going to be paid at the rate of 6% interest as ordered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of T. RAJA,J.

2.Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
3.It is needless to mention that the interest for remaining four instalments shall also to be paid at the rate of 6% per annum.
