JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to consider his application dated 12.06.2015, wherein and whereby, he sought for issuance of license for manufacturing siddha medicine.
2.It is seen that the petitioner had made such an application in pursuant to the order made by this court in W.P(MD).No. 12243 of 2011 and 3974 of 2012 dated 26.02.2014.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such an application was filed as early as on 12.06.2015, the same has not been disposed of sofar.
4.Therefore, this Court, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, is of the view that it is for the respondent to consider the above said representation of the Petitioner, dated 12.06.2015, and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
