JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. They had been marriage on 01.07.1993, in the affidavit of the petitioner, it is seen that the he is age 55 years. The respondent has initiated proceedings before the Sub Court, Devakottai in HMOP.No.173 of 2016 seeking to declare the marriage , ... between the petitioner and the respondent as .... The petitioner claims that he is working as the Vice Chancellor of Alagappa University, Karaikudi in Sivagangai District. Further, in the affidavit it is stated that he is working at Vice Chancellor office Assistant Professor, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District. It is also stated that there is a endorsement who is unfortunately transferred to Meenakshi Government Arts College, Madurai and he is in the custody of the respondent. The respondent is working settled provisionally at Madurai. Eventhough she fit to file in HMOP.No.173 of 2016 and specific Sivagangai District. Among the reasons seeking transfer the petitioner claims which would actually partial .. to the respondent and also claim that would have some use before the Sub Court, Devakottai, So far as the first reason is concerned, the respondent should have made reason before initiated before the Sub Court and it is not and brief on behalf of the respondent at to state about her difficulty. If any without the second reasons stated that I don't know how the owner should fail is very same advise proceedings due to any other Court. The fact is that advise Court is grant whatever place of whether it has also been instructed no any reasons.
5. With the above observation, this petition is dismissed.
