This Court, by an interim order dated 15.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.34123 of 2016 in W.P.No.40079 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioner, who has been appointed in the fourth respondent school, subject to the result of the main writ petition. R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 15.11.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the interim order dated 15.11.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
