JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a limited prayer of directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 23.2.2017 submitted by the petitioner on merits.
2. Mr.K.Thangapandi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
