2. The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent, has filed the above Tr.C.M.P. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.156 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to the file of 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai.
3. Mr.P.B.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for transferring the original petition in F.C.O.P.No.156 of 2015, pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu to the file of 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in F.C.O.P.No.156 of 2015, pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu is withdrawn and transferred to the file of 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai.
With these observations, the Tr.C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
