In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the tender notification dated 13.12.2018 by which tenders were invited for Civil Work and Raising of Nurseries and Maintenance in Chitradurga Forest Division under KFDF Scheme. The last date for submission of the tender was on 02.01.2019. During the pendency of the petition, the tender process have been commenced. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to file an appeal under Section 16 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, if so advised.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
