Mr.Rahul Narichania, learned advocate for the plaintiff prays for adjournment on the ground that Mr.Mihir Thakore, learned Senior Advocate who is to argue the matter, is out of the country. The request for adjournment is opposed by Mr.Aditya Krishnamurthy, learned advocate for Ms.Rujuta R.Oza for the intervenor.
On a query being made by the Court as to compliance of order dated 20-6-2012, Mr.Aditya Krishnamurthy, learned advocate, has submitted that the said order was received by the intervenor only on 29-6-2012, therefore, the bunkers from the subject vessel have not yet been sold. He submits that the procedure for sale of the bunkers shall take about twenty days. It is further submitted that there is urgency in the matter, therefore, it may be listed at an early date.
