ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner asserts and the learned Additional Government Advocate does not dispute that the subject matter of this writ petition is akin to the one in W.P.No.31411/2018 (EDN-RES) c/w 26082/2018 (EDN-GIA) that have been disposed off by this Court vide judgment dated 09.11.2018 and therefore, this writ petition may be disposed off in terms thereof.
A Writ of Certiorari issues quashing the impugned order dated 13.04.2018 at Annexure-A(F) made by the first respondent – State Government; the matter is to be processed in terms of the observations made in the aforesaid cognate writ petitions.
