T.S.Mahanthesh, AGA) ….Petitioner … Respondents This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent No.1 to repatriate Sri. Mahabaleshwara Sharma N.S. Lecturer in Statistics to petitioner college forthwith, as recommended by respondent No.2 by his letters dated 07/02/2019 and 17/06/2019 (vide Annexure- D and H to the writ petition respectively).
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Court made the following;
ORDER It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the Forenoon Session, on the request of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the matter was adjourned to 14/08/2019. Now it is submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. Learned Additional Government Advocate has affirmed the same.

3. The petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
