THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING :-
ORDER This writ petition was filed on 24.01.2019 for the reason that during the said period, the first respondent – Authority was not sitting and conducting the proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking direction to first respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioner herein in Appeal No.2/2018 at the earliest. A copy of the order sheet maintained in the said proceedings is at Annexure-F to the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that, subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the first respondent has assumed sitting from 1.2.2019 and the appeal of the petitioner in Appeal No.2/2018 was taken up on that day and adjourned to 22.02.2018.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
