19 issued by R-1 herein, which is produced at Annexure-A, convening the meeting of Sanyasihalli Grama Panchayat at 11.45.A.M on 05.11.2018 to consider the no confidence motion moved against the petitioner/president of the panchayat.
This Writ Petition coming on for `Preliminary Hearing’ this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Petitioner states that the matter has become infructuous as the motion of ‘no confidence’ has already been considered.
2. In the light of the submission made and memo filed by the petitioner, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
