O R D E R The petitioner filed the present writ petition against the impugned order dated 05.03.2019 on I.A.No.5 made in M.C.No.4301/2017 passed by the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, rejecting the application filed for amendment.
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh application after following the procedure as contemplated. In view of the above, I.A.No.5 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application along with the veriying affidavit.
Consequently, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
