O R D E R Petitioner and his counsel are absent. Heard learned HCGP for the respondents.
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.84/2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 420 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned HCGP submits that after investigation, respondent police have filed ‘B’ report before the jurisdictional Court and notice has been issued to the complainant.
3. In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the further action arising out of aforesaid Cr.No.84/2016.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
