ari When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e.08.06.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the main case in C.C.No.17548 of 2004 pending on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai has already been disposed of and hence, the prayer made in the petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infuructous.
