O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 01.08.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to implead himself as a party in the Appeal No.609/2019 pending before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru.
2. The memo is placed on record.
3. The above writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for impleading in Appeal No.609/2019 pending before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru.
If such an application is made, the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru is directed to consider the said application in accordance with law.
